William E. Corey, Chairman, Owner

William E. Corey, is the Founder, Owner and Chairman of U.S. Enterprises, Inc, an Atlanta-based vertically integrated holding company which serves as the flagship for more than half-dozen wholly owned but diverse subsidiaries including Corey Airport Services. This conglomerate ranks among the top privately held companies in the city of Atlanta and has been in the out-of-home media business for over 40 years. Mr. Corey is a visionary who launched new companies which have grown into thriving business operations. He incorporated his first billboard company in 1976, an offshoot from his highly successful convenience store/gasoline chain. It was the beginning of a local empire that has included convenience stores, radio stations, construction companies, commercial real estate, outdoor advertising, and airport advertising. He built the largest privately owned outdoor advertising company in the southeast, which has grew to over 1000 out-of-home media signs with a total capital investment in excess of $25 million. In 2001, Mr. Corey decided to move into airport advertising and this vision has taken off with winning airport advertising concessions at 13 airports, and counting. Corey Airport Services maintains offices from Palm Springs, CA to Myrtle Beach, SC and has a stellar team of out-of-home media experts, with senior management staff having over 170 years of combined experience.

Mr. Corey is also responsible for the Corey Tower LED spectacular displaying over Downtown Atlanta. He uses the Corey Tower LED spectacular as a landmark to increase awareness and promote many worthy causes including Breast Cancer Awareness, American Red Cross, and Georgia Giving Day, just to name a few.

As one of the most respected business leaders in Atlanta, Mr. Corey is involved in numerous civic and philanthropic organizations including the USO and the Shepard’s Center.

Brig Newman, President


As President of Corey Airport Services, Brig Newman is experienced in all aspects of airport advertising, including the design of airport advertising programs, airport advertising display concept strategy and approval, airport relationship management, and installation project management. Brig oversees the operation of all Corey Airport Services’ airport advertising programs nationwide while maintaining efficiency, compliance and overall sales growth. He consults with a high volume of advertisers concerning design standards, production specifications, and creative concepts.

Angie Brooks, Executive Vice President


A skillful administrator, Angie worked her way up the corporate ladder by being the “details” person for our company. As Executive Vice President, Angie supervises the Accounting, Human Resource and Administration Departments, which has handled over $8 million in annual advertising billings. She is a licensed facilitator for the Franklin Covey Time Management System and a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers. She has the following professional certifications: Certified PHR and Certified SHRM-CP.

Ken Rickert, General Counsel


As in-house counsel for Corey Airport Services, Ken exclusively handles all of our contract negotiations and tends to all corporate legal matters for the company. He is an absolute vital resource to Corey Companies and affiliates. He is admitted to practice law in both Georgia and Pennsylvania and focuses on out-of-home media laws, sign regulations, permitting issues, debt collection and contract compliance issues.

Michael O'Connell, Director National Sales


As Director National Sales Manager, Michael maintains relationships and actively presents our airports to agencies and nationwide airport advertising accounts. During his first 5 years with Corey Airport Services, Michael managed the award-winning advertising concession at the Buffalo Niagara International Airport. While there, he grew the advertising concession to record highs and helped achieve an aesthetic balance at the airport. Using his information technology background, Michael oversaw the installation of multiple digital networks, including interactive displays for TD Bank. In his role as Director National Sales, Michael continues to service our national accounts and assist general managers in their local efforts to increase revenue in their respective markets.

Craig Stringer, Vice-President of Sales


Craig Stringer has over 34 years of out-of-home advertising experience and currently supervises sales for our out-of-home media divisions. As a veteran in advertising sales, Craig has an acute awareness of the advertising process and is an expert in supporting/motivating his sales team. Additionally, he has owned and operated his own out-of-home media placement firm and has vast experience with thousands of clients from a wide range of fields.

John Hahn, ACDBE Administrator/Human Resources


John Hahn is certified as a Professional in Human Resources and has expertise in multiple skillsets, the combination of which makes him an extremely valuable resource to our team. John researches and coordinates all ACDBE relationships for Corey Airport Services in each of our markets, ensuring that each relationship is meaningful, relevant and makes our team stronger. His background in Sales and Marketing translates well into our sales driven environment.
