Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Utilization Statement

Corey Airport Services assures the following:

  1. The company will provide full and fair utilization of Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBE) and to use its best efforts to ensure ACDBEs shall have an equitable opportunity to compete for subcontract work and/or supplier services pursuant to this ACDBE Utilization Statement.
  2. The company will carry out the terms of any Non-Discrimination Clauses and/or ACDBE Requirements as specified in the lease agreements.
  3. The company will ensure that all appropriate forms are completed and submitted for all ACDBE subcontractors or suppliers used during the term of the concession/lease agreement.
  4. The company warrants its good-faith effort to utilize ACDBEs in its subcontractor supplier program by utilizing ACDBEs whenever possible as called for in the advertising concession.
